Volley Surge

Sunny beach volleyball where one button does it all: nail the timing, aim your spike or tip it over the block, and leap for a sizzling Surge. Six cheeky beach rivals, each with a theme tune of their own, stand between you and the crown, from a giggly rookie to the cool-headed champion of Crown Cay.

How to play

Run onto the ball's big shadow and press as the ring closes to bump, set and spike. In the air, hold toward the net for a sharp cut, away for a deep line drive, or tip it over a raised block; read the rivals' tells to dig them. First to 11, win by two. Perfect timing charges a fireball Surge Spike, and long rallies heat up. Beat each rival to unlock the next beach, take on the Daily Beach, or play a friend on the same screen.

Controls

• Touch: slide on the left half to run, tap the right half to bump, set and spike; the TIP button tips
• Keyboard: arrow keys or A/D to run and aim, Space to bump, set and spike, Down to tip, Esc for the menu
• Mouse: move to run, click to hit, right-click to tip
• Controller: left stick or D-pad to run and aim, A to bump, set and spike, B to tip, Menu to pause
• Two players: A/D + W (S tips) against arrows + Up (Down tips), or controllers 1 and 2
